Good morning Action Team.

If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.

Mother Teresa

The value of your life is measured by the lives you touch with love, kindness, respect, and hope.

There once was a farmer who grew the most excellent wheat. Every season he won the award for the best wheat in his county. A wise child came to him to ask him about his success. He told her that the key was sharing his best seed with his neighbors so they could plant the seed as well.

The wise child asked, “How can you share your best wheat seed with your neighbors when they compete with you every year?”

“That’s simple,” the farmer replied. “The wind spreads the pollen from everyone’s wheat and carries it from field to field. If my neighbors grew inferior wheat, cross-pollination would degrade everyone’s wheat, including mine. If I’m to grow the best wheat, I must help my neighbors grow the best wheat as well.”

In team ACTION we know for a fact that none of us truly wins until we all win! It will not be a victory if we get elected and our members suffer from politicized bursaries and oppressing laws.

In team ACTION we understand how we are all bonded as a community. His wheat cannot improve unless his neighbor’s wheat also improves. So it is with our lives. Those who choose to live in peace must help their neighbors to live in peace. Those who choose to live well must help others to live well, for the value of a life is measured by the lives it touches. And those who choose to be happy must help others to find happiness, for the welfare of each is bound up with the welfare of all.

In team ACTION we endeavor to surround ourselves with successful people, honest people, caring people, great ideas, and positive energy. If we spread these good seeds to a family we will surely change our community and nation.

In team ACTION we know that we need each other. “Umoja ni nguvu”. Unity is strength. We need to all share our good seeds and work and win as a team.

“Life’s most urgent question: What are you doing for others?” — Martin Luther King Jr.

Do have a blessed beautiful Sunday and let us plant the best seeds.

Regards
